I’ll list a few of my major concerns with the work and the lack of communication and documentation. Nothing wriiten down Initial visit - Clint and Dishon his supervisor were there on the initial visit. I was very clear about what I wanted; 8 foot high privacy fence along the backyard property line. A 6 foot high privacy fence on my side yard that would go stop at my neighbors fence. I was told $1100 for the installation of the fence, saying he thought it would be 10-11 panels. I also wanted an old detached garage demolished with all debris hauled away. He said that would cost $2500. To measure for fence, his supervisor asked for my tape measure. I was very shocked because one other installer used a wheel that measured footage. My ruler wasn’t long enough, of course, so I would imagine his measurement wasn’t accurate. While he spoke highly of himself and his references. I never received a wriiten estimate with measurements and details. A week or so later after getting a very professional documented estimate another company with actual measurements, Clint’s supervisor returned to have me sign a contract. Well at that point wasn’t ready b3cause the other company’s visit was very satisying but they needed another 3 weeks to do the work.i also realized that because nothing ever written down, they had no idea what I asked for. So again I told him what I wanted but now I said I wanted to extend the side fence further and install a gate with wheels. The sup figured the additional charges, which increased the cost from $1100 to $1800.. I thought the additional was ok but I said I wanted a written contract. He said it WB emailed but I didn’t receive. Next I called and the guy said well drop you a copy. What I received was a very beginning g co pamies handwritten document with no measurements and none of the details Itold hi . But I was dealing with a very short timeframe, and I could not wait the additional three weeks. So I went with this company… I am regretting it. I did not get my 8 foot tall privacy fence as I specifically ask for is dead I have a 6 foot privacy fence and I can see the neighbors windows and I’m sure they can see mine. I had him because I did not get what I wanted I had cleared to make an adjustment or change to the 6 foot fencing that he it already installed and had him to take and make part of it a 4 foot fence him based on some things that I heard from my neighbor and I wanted to make peas him he was able to accommodate that But refused to switch out the 6 foot fencing for the 8ft fencing I asked for. The project started Tuesday morning the garage was demolished the same day however the debris remained for another day and a half. By Thursday no one work that day I was told that they were ordering the fencing on that day and hope to get it by that afternoon or Friday morning at the earliest. Needless to say the fencing was not started until Friday afternoon and they were still working on it

The crew follows their leader, very trustworthy. I didn't have to put anything away when they came.
