He cut my grass once. He forgot to overlap a little, He gave me a really good price so I didn't worry about it. He was supposed to come back again but he didn't show up that week. I left him a message saying, "Please don't make me hire someone else.” My goal with the message was to let him know that I was happy with his work and wanted him to come back again. Guy then sent an email saying that he had been on his way to mow my grass but after I left what he said was a threatening message he crossed me off of his list.
