Sod Installation
quote of $1800 to till, fertilize, good soil, seed, a two trees and one small mulch area. Requested and recv'd $900 cash up front. seven wks ago, then tilled the yard, "says" he put lime &fertilizer. A person in my home says he was not there long enough to do that. Rain has kept the yard wet. Did not return a call to him last wk, but did last night. To come out today and clean up weeds and hopefully will complete it Saturday. it rained last night. told him I sure didn't have $900 worth of work. Concerned abt quality at completion.
