GSW installed a new motor to my attic fan in 2018. I was verbally told the motor was warranted for 2 years. When the heat arrii=ved this spring the attic fan did not work. I called GSW and received a message to call the office. I I called and received no answer so I left a message about my problem. No return call. I emailed GSW and received an email informing me I had been given and incorrect phone number. The number I used was off their own receipt. I contacted COX and receive excellent service. They installed a complete new attic fan and the charge was the same as GSWs who only installed a motor in the existing hood.
