G Smith Development is a scam. I hired Greg and his team to work on a deck replacement. They sold me on the work description of what would be done and the materials that would be used. I paid a down payment and then months went by with out a schedule. Later I found out he used my money to back his own house,flip when a financial backer could no longer pay. He stole my money for his own use and I am still trying to get it back,
