Fraudulent, deception, lies lies lies. A complete rip off. Damaged my roof and home. Painted over rotten siding. Did not complete work according to contract. Lied about work completed. I repeatedly asked if the siding on my chimney was rotten. He said no, repeatedly. Painted over the absolute rotten siding. Left gaping holes in my home that he knew I could not see without getting up on my roof. Took gutters off but couldnâ t put them back on correctly. The gutter guy who had to get up on my roof was amazed at the lack of decent and integrity of the work that was or wasnâ t done up there. He informed me that my new roof was damaged with paint on the shingles. Took pictures of the rotten siding, the holes deceptively left open and not repaired as contracted. He damaged my roof, plants, deck, porch, and front walkway with paint because he didnâ t protect it as he stated in his contract. He didnâ t paint many areas well enough to cover the previous paint, didnâ t paint under the windows, tried to tell me that one of the doors was not in the contract and reluctantly horribly painted one ugly cost on it. I reached out to try to have him deal with this; partially refund or honor the warranty in the contract and he has not responded. Now, Iâ m hiring another contractor to complete the unfinished and painted over work. It will cost me thousands over the thousands I paid this lazy, lying, fraudulent, intentionally deceptive, incompetent, non responsive guy holding himself out as a contractor. Beware. Donâ t let him on your property.

The only complaint we have was with the mudding crew for the drywall installation . They left globs of mud on walls and floor of garage. Dust from sanding was everywhere due to our belongings not being covered during the whole process of sanding and painting. Guems and his people were courteous and great to work with, but their clean-up of garage and floor could have been much more thorough and they didnâ t have the right equipment to do the job.
