GT Flooring goes above and beyond for their customers. My office had a very specific problem in which our 100 year old maple floors were water damaged very severely. GT came all the way out to the city on a Sunday to look at the floor. We realized the boards we needed were no longer made--Renita just took this as a challenge! She searched far and wide and managed to find maple floor boards identical to the ones installed 100 years ago. The customer service was incredible, they were always there when I needed them and supported my team and I through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend GT Flooring to friends, family, and anyone who should ask!
