I hired Mr. Guzman because he was referred to me by our neighbors. He was very professional right from the start, is knowledgeable all around and helped us out throughout the whole process by answering all of our questions on the installation & materials. His crew made sure to clean up everything & haul away trash towards the very end. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely be working with Mr. Guzman in future projects.

I hired Daniel and his team to install tile in my home, after installation, I arrived home to find at least 9 tiles with small chips that were very visible. Tile near my front door step were not replaced and are still the old brown tile, while the inside is grey. I found that my stove was not reconnected, and then I found out why, someone had tried to force on the hose to the gas nozzle which caused it to become stripped. I also had to replace the hose. The workers dumped their muddy white water on a bush outside the front of my house leaving it stained white, and in my back yard left the muddy white water from the grout thrown about causing a huge mess. I had initially texted Daniel twice the day after installation to let him know of the chipped tiles, he advised he would send his guys back to replace the chipped tiles a few days later, I had no contact from him after that and all my attempts to schedule an appointment were flat out ignored. I had no way of inquiring about the stove connections since he was not responding to my messages about the tile. I had read the reviews for GTI Floor Coverings LLC before hiring them and read reviews that looked promising and great. I am deeply saddened that the reviews listed did not reflect the true nature of workmanship or the integrity of this business. I would not recommend this business and plan on leaving my reviews on every platform available to warn others of this terrible service. BEWARE AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GHOSTED AND INGNORED.

Sergio and his team were detail oriented, professional and punctual - we are extremely happy with the process and the result! Renovations can sometimes feel stressful, but GTI has made gutting and renovating our bathroom a breeze. Their attention to detail was impeccable, the job was finished exactly as estimated and their professional suggestions on how to make our new bathroom even more fabulous were on point. Communication and customer service was top notch and super prompt, we always felt prioritized and taken care of. Sergio made sure we always had any additional materials needed for the following day, was in constant contact with us, his team and the store - even picking up the materials himself - so the operation continued to run smoothly with no delays. Any questions/concerns we had were addressed immediately and the final product was perfection! 💙 We are lucky to have come across Sergio and his team and highly recommend this talented, attentive to detail, reasonably priced and exceptionally customer-oriented company.

Do not recommend. Very poor communication and main point of contact totally disappeared and did not respond to communications the last few weeks of project. Use at own risk.

They do nice work but it is difficult to get in touch with them. My kitchen remodel went quickly but I have been trying for weeks to get more work done. They ignore voicemails and they skipped the appointment we had. I got no answer to follow up phone calls. My initial impression was good, but i cannot recommend a business that is unresponsive and does not show up for scheduled appointments.

They're very professional! The quality in the materials used is excellent, they provide top of the line service, and I would recommend them to anybody!
