Project manager was very responsive to any concerns expressed and that was greatly appreciated. Carpenters are very skilled and experienced.

The work they did for me was beautiful and they left no mess! They even came out three months later to lengthen my downspout to clear the new patio I had laid down.

Very efficient and finished the project on time

The installation crew did a great job. They removed the old siding, wrapped the house and installed new insulated vinyl siding. The only problem was that they ran short on material twice which added a day to the project.

Quite a few problems during the process but they were all resolved eventually. The quality of the work when the project was finally completed was very good. Kudos to Doug for making all right in the end.

I hired GTL to add a front porch to my home, and replace the existing windows, exterior doors, siding, soffit, fascia, gutter system, and roof.From start to finish they worked as a well oiled machine with one common objective through every phase. . . make me happy! They professionally offered suggestions/options with my desires in mind, and clearly took pride in applying their skills to the highest level of excellence possible. It became apparent to me that GTL has empowered every one of their employees to do whatever it takes to insure the completed job cannot be equalled. Yet, the price they charged was in the mid-range of the bids I was considering before signing with them. It truly was a fantastic experience.

GTL replaced about 20 interior doors with high quality solid wood doors at my beach house. Work was done on time and neatly. Workmen were cooperative. Terrific experience. Reasonable price.

Used GTL Remodeling to redo our bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. They were on time, neat, professional, and always able to work with me on getting exactly what I wanted. Bathroom turned out better than I hoped and would definitely use them again.

GTL worked largely with subcontractors on my house, and there was virtually no oversight. You don't know who is going to show up or when. It was left for me to find problems with the workmanship. The problems included things like outlets at varied heights, no rood vent, no switch for entry light, etc. The only thing they were right on top of was getting paid. Both the final electric and overall permit failed the first time.

Issues were created by the sales representative in how information was stated and work that was promised. Some of those statements were not even feasible when the construction took place. The sales interaction however did set some expectations that I did not see realized. The work crews and the quality however was very good. I am already considering another project, and if I move forward on that effort I would be happy to work with GTL again. If I had not gotten some marginal information from the salesman I would have rated this 5.0 without question.

they gave me the price it came in 360 dol;lars more thats because they had to replace sheeting on roof .They were fast and the job looks great i would recommend them to friends . Great job

I felt miss in formed by the sales man, the materials used where not what was promised, (Cooper Roof Top), this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction with one of the owners. The project was small but complex and the workers and workmanship was exhalant. I would have them back for future projects. They were courteous clean and prompt, their skills and craftsmanship were above expectations. Thanks Jimmy great job! The only advise I would give the company is to respond to customer concerns in a timely manner, I would not have had to revise my review if this had happened.

Excellent company to deal with. Good people, good products, good management, professional & accommodating. I would definetly reccommend. We also had siding and a portico installed, excelent work

Please note right now we have not had the work done yet so quality is a guess but we visited one of the homes of a references, a sunroom addition on the same style house and it was top notch. We got quotes from a number of companies and GTL was the best value for the work we want done. Their sales rep Murray Slattery is excellent. He was able to give us a quote on the spot, was not a hard sell, and has responded to all calls and e-mails almost immediately which none of the competition did. We look forward to getting our addition done but thus far can't say enough good things about GTL. Highly recommend.

The quality of the work was excellent. In fact, we are getting ready to have another project done with GTL. The entitre experience was a pleasure. They are professioan and yet friendly and easy to talk to. Our project was completed ahead of schedule.

Great bunch of guys who know what they are doing. They showed up every day to work on project. They exceeded my expectations. I recomend them for your project. You will not be sorry. Great value, fair price.

I looked at only 2 pros before choosing who would do this job for me. I can honestly say I made my decision basically on the personalities of the sales reps as the products (siding and trim) appeared identical and the estimates weren�t far apart until the �other� company started suggesting add-ons I was not financially ready to take on. GTL�s competitor was quick to caution me that prices were subject to go up if I did commit that same day. And, it was made clear to me that I was expected to give them a good write-up here at this site. But enough about them! Working with GTL was about the best experience I�ve had with home improvements! This was a very impressive group of workers. They were on time everyday and there was no music, no cursing I could decipher and no requests to use the bathroom (though they would have been welcomed). They worked a full day each of the first 3 days and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of each day. On their 4th and last day, they took care to put everything back in place they had disturbed. I believe they tried their best not to disturb my landscaping, but because of the extreme heat some plants were somewhat distressed; they will recover. There are areas of my old cape cod house that required skill and special handling because of the intricate wood trim. I observed the crew very carefully measuring, shaping and trimming to assure proper fit. Everyone seemed to know his specific job and did it. Did I mention there was not a lot of chatter? I would be remiss if I did not give equal credit to GTL management who set the standards of excellence and quality their workers demonstrated. My house is beautiful. I am extremely happy and will recommend GTL Remodeling without hesitation!

The GTL Rep. Travis, presented a good product at fair price. The installation team was quick and knew their jobs which they performed well. They cleaned the work area at the end of each day and conducted a walk around inspection with me. They corrected anything I pointed out, of there were few. ALL ARE WELCOME TO VIEW THEIR WORK @ 2616 POPLAR DR. WOODLAWN. I WOULD USE GTL AGAIN !!!
