GT Roofing

I called and Arturo responded the same day. He reviewed the two areas where I experienced ceiling water leaks. He prepared a video and narrated his observations to give me a clear vision of the problems. His estimate was reasonable, and he proceeded the same day to repair both areas and an added area where the roofing lifted. I was most impressed with the workmanship which was unquestionably thorough. Considering my roofing was five years old, there was evidence that the contractor did a less than adequate job in the areas where I experienced the leaks. I am most impressed by Arturo's friendly, competent and efficient workmanship. GT Roofing manifests an excellent example of what we so much seek from contractors and wish they were more prevalent.

While I did not end up selecting this roofing contractor, I was very pleased with the team's professionalism and timeliness. They clearly know and understand their business!

Arturo and his team responded very quickly and finished the work within a day. Provided us more than 20 photos of their progress & final result which was super helpful since we do not live in the area (rental property). Would highly recommend and will use again!

Fast, efficient and very professional. And a great price too. Can't thank them enough..

Great communication and service. I would recommend to others with no hesitations. From the first inspection to the complete install communication was outstanding.

Responded the same day I put in a request for service. Showed up for the appraisal with the necessary supplies to complete the job and based on the VERY reasonable price quote, completed the work that afternoon. Good service for a great price - excellent value.

Very professional and courteous. Arturo was very helpful and informative. He did a great job. If I ever need any roof work done I will call on GT roofing.

Everything required to fix the 2 problems were explained very well and I was kept updated on the progress.

Great work, great communication, very timely, matched my shingles and made the extra effort to make sure everything was correct. Highly Recommend GT Roofing!

Very professional, skilled, and courteous. Their work is stellar and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

They do great work. Use great materials. Very nice to communicate with. They document their work with photos. Their complete roof replacement is a good value at their price.

It is often difficult to find a roofing contractor who is willing to bid on a small project, but not only did GT Roofing bid on my project, they carried it out in a responsible, timely and professional manner.

Punctual, Highly professional, Very personable. Kept me informed about every aspect of the job . 😊

Great customer service.

Arturo and his crew were at my home when promised, completed the job in a very complete and professional manner. I was very impressed that Arturo was on the job every day to completion! They replaced my roof, gutters, painted my shutters--all due to hail damage. I would highly recommend GT Roofing and Construction and would definitely use them again if/when needed. They are truly a "class act!"

Arturo and his crew did an excellent job. We had 60 solar panels on our roof. He subcontracted to an excellent cost effective solar company. Working together they replaced the roof and panels. The whole team was polite, on time an competent. Arturo kept me informed each step of the way. His commitment to quality is apparent each step of the project. Highly recommend GT Roofing.

The company kept me informed at every step of the work-from scheduling to completing each part of the repair.

Arturo is hands down one of the best I have worked with. He is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He did everything as promised: timeline, quality, pricing was outstanding. He is very good about responding to all communications which is very important to me I would highly recommend GT Roofing.

Arturo was friendly and very professional. He kept communication throughout the project. I really appreciate the fact that he gave a solid quote. No price haggling or additions in the middle of the project. GT Roofing is great! Awaiting a quote for another project.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I scheduled 4 estimates for the same day. GT roofing is the only company that didn't call to reschedule our appointment. We had several scheduled meetings and phone calls during the duration of our project and Arturo was always on time. The scope of work was fully explained to me and the price quoted was the price I paid. Working with GT Roofing was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend them.

the work has not been done yet though I have a signed contract that I'm very pleased with...project date is 6-7 August 2018. Can provide more info then...owner Arturo Terrazas is very personable, explained all that would be done and very easy to talk to..seemed eager to please , very fair and reasonable.

Great work and great customer service! Little slow, but I can be careless about that! They care about quality!

Very professional . Punctual . Knowledgeable . Explained what he was going to do ,and explained how the damage occurred . I would definitely recommend G T roofing . They are fast and efficient .

Arturo with GT roofing was the best contractor I had ever worked with. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I called him and he kept his promise. He arrived on time and every-time. Granted, I only had a small roof, he knocked it out in 3 hours. I have had other major roofing companies in the past and Arturo put them to "shame". The other companies couldn't even do half the great work that Arturo did. In addition to his great work, he took pictures of his progress so the homeowner would know that it was done correctly (underlayment, etc). The shingles were very straight and lined up correctly. Drip edge looked good. All in all, I wouldn't use anyone one else for roofing; other than GT roofing. He is very friendly and doesn't give excuses; he just gets it done!
