We received four competitive bids for our kitchen remodel and chose Joseph. From the outset, he showed genuine interest in our project, offering valuable advice and tips. Notably, he was the only one who advised against certain actions that could have benefited him financially. Throughout the project, Joseph kept in daily contact and shared our enthusiasm for the kitchen. His passion for his work was evident. His crew was courteous and diligent, completing the remodel within the timeline Joseph initially provided. We plan to hire Joseph again for our bathroom remodel next year.

I hired G Tech Smart Remodeling to renovate our apartment bathroom. Co-op buildings often come with extra challenges, but G Tech Smart Remodeling navigated the paperwork smoothly. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the work, the timely completion (close to the projected 5 weeks), and the excellent communication. David was consistently straightforward about the project and responded promptly to my questions. Joseph was very helpful with financial matters, and Richard was professional and communicative throughout. Although the project was on the expensive side, we are very pleased with the final result.

I came across Gtech and met Afik and Amit to help me reshape my garage in order to install an automatic door. Immediately upon seeing my garage, he had a great/creative idea to remove all the center posts, push the beam higher up into the ceiling in order to give more height to the garage, and spread the weight to three other spots inside the garage walls. He and Amit walked me through this entire process of hiring an engineer for plans, the approval process with the city, and then executing those plans with the city coming to check at almost every stage. That's not all, these guys gave me a great price for handling all the electrical rewiring we had to do in there and then the extensive repatching work after the work was done. Not going to lie, it's tough doing this kind of work during covid, everything just drags out more, but we managed as best as we could. It was a tough project with lots of moving parts but was an educational experience for me at the end. I highly recommend them if you're looking to find a great solution for your home improvement needs.
