I used this company until they decided to drop me as a customer. I have an animal rescue, and the individual who picks up the trash complained that our trash was too heavy. It's heavy because of the cat litter. I even spoke to the owner about disposal alternatives for the cat litter. They said they would look into different alternatives, but I never heard from them. Nowhere on their website is there a weight limit. I asked, and they said 40 pounds. My trash definitely did not weigh 40 pounds. So, if you have animals, don't use this company. They hire individuals who complain about doing their job.
