Mann's Roofing did everything according to planand agreement to contract . it was recommend by Mr. Daryl to have Vent add to roof to cool one trouble room which made a big impact on the room termpature and also had two sky lights add which brightens up living room from natural light. They did the job according to contract. Took them one day to finish, yea whole roof.

After working with another roofer who did a terrible job, Mann carefully analyzed a very difficult job-I have an earth sheltered roof, then performed an expert repair solving the leaks that the prior roofer could not; Pleasant to work with, reliable and honest. There is just no way to go wrong with this professional.

I thought it a bit expensive to repaste one tile that had come loose at a cost of $150 for a job that took less than 2 minutes to repair. I would probably call them again as they were very responsive and gave a good assessment in case the patch didn't work.

Everyone is involved from the Husband & Wife owners down to the crew doing the job. They are conciencious and react quickly to any concerns during the in progress work. They are very capable of extra services other than roofing. Aluminum work as well as stucco and paint are no problem......highly recommended!
