Billy and his crew were on time, respectful of the property and knowledgeable about their service. They kept me constantly up to date with information from the estimate visit until they completed the job and even showed me how the equipment worked. They cleaned up after themselves and I felt like my job was their priority and they weren't tryingto rush. I will definitely recommend them and hire again.

Billy paid attention to details and was very thorough in providing a solution for my heating system issues. He communicated clearly throughout the project execution and did the job successfully. He also kept the job site organized and protected from any inadvertent damages, and cleaned up everything when it was finished. I highly recommended Billy for his high quality of work.

I'm very impressed with the services provided by GA Mechanical, especially in comparison to the customer service and attention to detail of other companies I've worked with. Not only did they make it immediately clear they were very experienced, they also made sure to clean up everywhere they had been after the work was done as well. They recommended they replace the system very early in the morning as to avoid the afternoon heat, they showed up at 5 AM as promised and had it done before the day even started to warm up. I even had questions about the system the same day and they were able to come out within a couple of hours to address them. After shopping around AND upgrading my system their price was very fair, they had great customer service in that they made sure to follow up with me, and I felt comfortable with them in my home.
