Custom Cabinets Building Service

They missed the original agreed upon arrival time and day. Have not sent us an invoice yet. Agreed to come back and finish the job at no cost. Did a temporary fix, which we both agreed to.

"Hi Vickie, I don't understand why you're so upset with us. You canceled the appointments we had 4 times within a matter of 2 weeks. You asked that we work on Sundays (which we did). We did a great job on your bathroom window and you were so happy that you asked us to do more work. We then did a great job on your attic ladder installation as well. Yes, we had a small drywall patch to complete and I'm sorry we havent been back to fix it."
