Jon is a personable young man with good people skills. Although he hasn't headed his own business for too long, he has over 25 years in the trade . , He was very accommodating and handled my job In a professional manner. He arrived on time and completed the job in the predicted time. I have a larger bathroom floor project in the planning stage. I would not hesitate in using him for that work

Weeks ago, I hired someone who was supposed to be a professional in tile installation on another site similar to Home Advisor. What I ended up with was a mess (crooked niche, out of aligned tiles, horrible grout work and bad cut tiles. The guy even messed up the mosaic; grout covered the mosaic. He got grout in the paint and painted the walls with the groutty paint). I wasted a lot of money on labor, tile, mosaic and other tiling materials. All of that had to be torn out and put in the garbage. He even admitted in a text message that he was not happy with the work. I found Jon on Home Advisor and I hired him. I have to say, hiring Jon was the best thing. Jon removed the mess the other guy left and he did a phenomenal job of installing tile; fixing the horrible mess the other guy left. Thanks Jon. You are a true professional. I wish I had found you weeks ago.

Jon showed up on time, assessed the problem, and quoted us a very fair price to do the work, which mainly involved replacing tub/shower tiles that had been removed previously. He also sealed not only those he replaced but the others as well, caulked, and repaired a couple of chips in the tub enamel. Jon worked diligently and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. We are very pleased with the result. In addition, Jon communicates well and has a pleasant, easy-going manner. We strongly recommend him.

I hired Jon to replace the caulk in my bathroom tub. He did a great job keeping in contact with me and even covered areas in my bathroom that I didn't even know needed caulking! I'm currently recommending him to my mom. The job was inexpensive and he had open availability.
