First of all the panels were incorrect installed, when they did not replace the plat wood, did not put underlayment. He only put the panels on top and now I have new leaks. After that they came back to repair but they did not build it back up to the original roof.

This has been the best experience I have had concerning the ongoing care of my roof. Michael was very professional and took time to reassure me that he would do his best to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have not had a single drop of water to leak since the roof was repaired. I am delighted with Gablemasters and will refer everyone to use their services. I am totally happy.

The repairs were recently completed therefore I am really uncertain of the quality of work at present. I was pleased with the professionalism, timelines, and dedication shown towards completing the repairs.

They responded quickly and came by to look over what was needed and said they would come the next day and do the work. The arrived that next morning and got started and while doing so, noticed additional areas of concern and they fixed those as well. Great customer service and easy to work with. They did a great job and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything they were doing and showed pictures to verify what they were doing and why needed to be done. Got a reasonable quote for leak around chimney and they arrived on time a few days later to do the work. Also got the 2 year warranty. Will hire this company again if needed. AAA+ service. Thanks Mike and crew.

The initial repair did not solve the problem 100% however after I called they responded the next day and so far there seems to be no more leaks. I am impressed with their 2 year warranty and their customer service response.

Worked very quickly for a reasonable price. Extremely polite. The leaking has stopped even with several torretial rains. My only "complaint" is they are not on any payment platforms and I had to use cash to pay.

They were very prompt, professional and gave a guarantee for their work. I am very pleased.

They called once I placed the requested. The service guy came out that same day (Friday) to take a inspect my roof. He returned on "Sunday" (no extra charge) after the materials were available. They did an exemplary job. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was affordable too.

Great service representative quality work

I scheduled my appt on Home Advisor and I was called by the company to confirm. They arrived on time to give an estimate. I was explained in detail what was wrong with my roof and he came the next day to repair it. It hasn’t rained so I’m not sure if it was fixed, but he was on the roof for three hours and I believe it’s fixed. If not there is a two year warranty on the work which I appreciate. Excellent job and very professional. Highly recommend this company.
