Gabriel came to my rescue on the day of closing on the sale of my condo. Late in the afternoon on the day before closing the buyers demanded that the garage floor be cleaned despite prior negotiations regarding requested repairs ect. Using Home Advisors I contacted Gabriel, explained the situation and they immediately got to the property the next morning, completed the work and the sale closed. I highly recommend this company.
