Contractor did not pay subcontractor, so now I have to sue the contractor for failure to pay their subs. Do not hire this contractor unless you would like to pay twice.

Great prices looked all over the place got riped off ones by handyman....I recommend this company because they are professional and reasonable with payments.

My experience with G & G Better business was A+. Joshua, the owner, came over to do the estimate and he spent ample time up on our roof and typing a detailed proposal with pictures of our issues. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and how it was going to be done � this part went a little over my understanding but was appreciated. On some of our other bids they didn�t even go up on the roof and then just handed me a sheet of paper with pricing. The pricing offered by G & G was not the highest or the lowest bid, but it did definitely stand out with the quality of shingle they were going to install as well as an extensive warranty. I was also given a long list of local referrals with pictures of completed work and contact information. Prior to beginning the work, Joshua returned phone calls promptly and had an insurance coverage with our house listed on the policy mailed to us. His crew and crew leader were very attentive to details and my questions. Since we have pets, I asked them to double check the ground around the house before they left each day for any items that could be ingested or would hurt their paws if stepped on and all six of the crew went around the house a second time double checking for me. The final result is a gorgeous, well-installed roof that will last for decades! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement.

Gabriel & Gail Better Business promptly returned my call, and set up an appointment. Gabriel came out on the appointed day, found the leak and repaired it all on the same day. He took digital photos of the before and after repair work. I highly recommend.

G&G Better Business, LLC - did a very good job completing a roofing request to repair and replace the roof on our house and gave us a solution to adding a sound buffer to our sunroom for acrorns dropping this fall. We were very pleased with their work, with their response to our request and kept in touch with us all during the project. We would highly recommend this company for roofing repairs or replacement. They also installed gutter guards for a very reasonable price. Their price on roofing was less than any other competitor and very reasonable for our house size. They were honest and helpful all during this project. I would not hesitate to contact this company for other projects.

G&G were polite professionals who offered what I thought was a very fair price for the work. The quality of the work was good. Despite the roof being over 10 years old, the repared section matched as good as could be expected. Joshua was very conserned about the quality of the work and that the we were happy with the results. I'd do business with them again.

G&G was not the cheapest estimate we received but we decided to contract with them because of their outstanding customer service and thorough estimate. The estimate was so detailed we knew there wouldn�t be any surprises after the work started. The estimate even included digital pictures of problem areas of our old roof. On the big day, everything happened exactly as planned. A new roof, new gutters, new flashing, new tar paper, ice and water shield, new skylight, new pipe collars, high quality lifetime shingles, all replaced in one day. They protected our landscaping during the removal and then cleaned everything up. The entire effort was professional and worth the cost, we are very happy with our new roof and highly recommend G&G.
