Roy was very predictable and kept to his word about his projected timing. If he had to miss a day he always called and set up a new time right then, though that ocurrance was rare Job was done swiftly and the work area was impecably clean after. Would definitely reccommend.

Roy Gabriele and his assistant installed steam boilers for my home and a rental unit. When he realized my old unit was down, he juggled his schedule to get the first installed before Christmas. I was able to leave for the holiday, rather than spend the week feeding a pellet stove to keep pipes warm. The second unit was installed right after the new year. Installation included insulating the boiler's plumbing and a spotless clean-up. Both guys were pleasant and willing to answer any question and took time to explain system care. All this, even though Roy knew final payment had to wait until my HEAT loan was finalized. Highly recommended!

Ray was very honest and reasonable... very easy to work with. I ended up needing electrical help as well and he recommended an electrician who was highly qualified. My only complaint is that the electrician has been hard to get a hold of - but I can't hold that against Ray.

The furnace at my rental property went out. At 1 a.m. I put in a request for a repair.. At 8:30 in the morning Roy called and said he could meet me there. Incredibly he was there in 2 minutes. Roy is the owner of the business! Roy was with me 3 hours The furnace is like 70 years old and he stayed here and we probed and probed until we figured out what was wrong. He is a very professional, very super nice guy and was willing to work with me. I would recommend him to anybody. When I first put the request in all these thoughts were racing like the furnace is so old and I'll have to spend thousands to get it fixed for my tenants.
