I personally have not seen the finished work but my tenant said it looks very good and they are happy with the work. He went out the day after i talked to him and i was very happy with the price

Gabrielle's was great, he was vary kind,he really informed me on what had to be done,how long it would take, He also did a excellent job,cleaned up behind himself and everything. Very nice job. Jim took the time to do the job right, by paying attention to all of the details. He answered all of my questions and explained the process in detail as he was doing it and also why he was doing each of the various steps in the process. He protected the carpet, toilet, counter space with drop cloths. He also wiped down the floors and other surfaces when he was done removing all of the drop cloths, paper, and tape. I will recommend him to family and friends.

Jim was very thorough with this job! He was able to restore our 60 year old tub to its former glory. He was professional from the time he started until he left and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The job was done and the reglazing looked great... the problem I had was that he did not re-caulk (I was out of town and my fiance told me I was supposed to get black caulk which I did not want because it won't match the rest of the tub) and some of the tiles, they were old and cracked, were completely broken off and no attempt was made to repair them or even clean them up.

"The more I think about it, the more I simply want you to be happy. I would be happy to re calk your tub in with white calk. The day I was out there I incorrectly thought because the tub was black that you would want a black calk. Also, I had purchased a different kind of white calk than I usually do and it was horribly. So, if you will be home this Sunday (only day of this week or I'd get there sooner) I wouldn't mind at all coming back to calk for you. I didn't notice the tiles but I would be happy to look at those as well. The bottom line is that I want you completely satisfied, I'm willing to do whatever it takes for you to be happy."

Not only did Jim do a super job with the tub but he cleaned up after himself so the whole room was spotless. Glazing the tub is a messy job but you would never know it from the looks of the room. Great work!

Jim was great! He even agreed to do my job on a Sunday when he had to reschedule due to a family emergency. He was very detailed and maintained a clean work site the entire time. I would definitely recommend Gabrielle's Glazing.

The job was done well and at a competitive price. Sometimes communication back and forth was slow but we eventually got there. Jim is a very nice person and completed the job with little direction. I would recommend him to friends and family.
