I had a follow up service call to place more freon in my system. Justin was on time explained to me the type of freon the unit required, the price per pound, & checked for any leaks. He answered my questions about the size of my unit (3 ton) & the sq. foot of house it was meant for (about 1500 sq. ft.). Right price, quality work, and good service. I would recommend to any homeowner in need of questions answered or repairs.

Had to get special blower motor and Justin installed the next day. He didn't mark up parts 2 or 3 times like the last two HVAC repair companies. We will use Gaddis again when needed and have already given their name to family and friends.

Saved me $2700 off what my warranty company and NRG home services recommended by just doing a thorough search and finding all my problems that I was quoted $2700 to repair by my home warranty company was easily fixed by flushing a clogged pipe that was causing my cooling coil to overheat. Simple fix and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Also arrived same day, I called at lunch and he met me after work. HIGHLY recommend.

Everything was very good. Nice guy. Very easy to talk too. They did what they said they would do. When an issue arose, they communicated what was happening. Overall performance very good. Only thing I did not like was they tried to up sell me several times.
