Bert is meticulous - he insists that everything is done to the highest quality, even things you haven't noticed or wouldn't have commented on. For example, he had the stucco team come back and re-texture the outside of the addition so that it blended in with the rest of the house better. The guy that dug the foundation took all of the good topsoil and spread it into other parts of our yard rather than just throwing it away. Incredible professionalism. The addition took longer than we would like, but Bert also saved us some money by identifying errors made by the architect (slope of the trusses, for one) and correcting them before we had additional expenses. He kept the jobsite incredibly clean and tidy, came in on budget, visited often, and answered every question we had. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use them again.

Gagne Construction completed the remodeling of my house including building a garage from another contractor. I wished I would have hired Gagne Construction from the beginning. He knew exactly what needed to be done and most importantly he would call the city and meet with city officials and give his professional opinion which saved me thousands of dollars. He is very much hands on, comes on time, very knowledgeable, professional and pays attention to details.

Great job. There was no problems, just A-plus, plus. It was a major project for my house. He did extra things that were not in the contract. They cleaned up every day and someone was there every day. Just phenomenal work.
