I would hire Mr. Gaines over and over and over again. I know from experience that it is very hard to find the level of Mr. Gaines craftsmanship for small jobs in a residence. I was amazed at his availability and his preparedness for the job. Extremely easy to work with and right on schedule. You can t beat his price either.

I needed to get the work done quickly because I had other projects that depended upon my stair case being finished quickly. Randy was able to accommodate me and finished on time and did a beautiful job. A previous bidder was going to do the work using pine. Randy suggested maple ( and for the same price) and i just love it! I would definitely recommend him to friends.

After having such wonderful service from other businesses through Home Advisor I had no hesitation hiring Randy over the phone after he sent a quote (my husband sent him photos and measurements of the very small job. We had just had several areas of new drywall put up and painted and needed Randy to cut and install trim along several areas along the floor. It took him one hour to set up, complete the job, put away his saw and leave. Not only do I feel he overcharged for the job but after looking over the work I found there were three areas where he actually caused damage to the newly done walls and left without mentioning it. (Yes - we have to have the three areas repaired!) He also left a nail sticking out of one of the trim which is dangerous for anyone who accidentally brushes up against the wall. What ever happened to "pride in workmanship"?
