Bryan was on time, very courteous, friendly and personable. He promptly got to the task that he was hired to do, i.e., inspect beneath the flooring of my home to certify that the repairs done previously were done correctly and that my home was sound. This was required by the V.A. Seeing as how the crawl space is very tight and limited, Bryan worked very hard to get under the house and do his inspection. After completing his work Bryan took the time to explain what he found and other aspects of the underside of my home and I appeciated him explaining these matters to me. I would definately recommend Bryan to anyone requiring a structoral inspection and, in fact, I asked Bryan for a few of his cards just in case the situation ever arose and his services were needed.
