They did a great job on a short timeline on a home inspection project. Very concise and complete report. They are very pleasant to work with and would highly recommend them.

prompt and very professional, real value

Knowledgeable in understanding and evaluating my issue. Took a little longer than I thought it should to get the report to me.

Mr. Gaines, was timely, pleasant and easy to work with. He gave us an excellent report, and knows his business.

Great experience! Friendly, timely and highly knowledgeable.

They knew what they were doing

Mr. Gaines is a highly qualified Structural Engineer, and he has EXCELLENT customer service. He is a gentlemen, and easy to work with. He came on-time, as arranged, reviewed all areas in question, wrote an extensive report, and took the time to respond to my insurance company. Mr. Gaines is also a good source for qualified support trades to help solve any issues that he finds.

Experienced, knowledgeable and professional. A bit pricey but he provided understandable diagnosis of problems and realistic solutions. Follow on official report was a bit slow but easily resolved.

This licensed professional is very thorough and is good at explaining complex issues in layman terms. He also gave us solutions to our problems and helped us distinguish been structural and asthestic issues.

Nice and knowledgeable

He is great

Good work. Very experienced. Wonderful personality. Pricey.

Good job. Professional and knowledgeable. A bit pricey to my gut feel.

Good job. Satisfied my concerns about Home. Professional approach with a quality write up after inspection...

I bought a property in North Carolina but was unable to find any structural engineers who were willing to do a structural inspection on a residential property. I received a call from Gaines Engineering, who is based in South Carolina, and since he is licensed in both states he was willing to make the drive to NC to do the inspection. He was not only extremely kind to speak with his price was very reasonable considering he had to drive two hours up and two hours back to do the inspection. I highly recommend this company. Other companies I spoke with were downright rude when I asked if they would do a a residential inspection. Mr. Gaines was polite, kind and very understanding. He was a pleasure to deal with!

Bryan Gaines was highly professional and was able to inspect the house at a short notice and gave a very thorough report. We were happy to be able to hire him and would recommend him again with no reservations.

Super responsive, and nice. Was able to meet urgent deadline.

Bryan was very responsive and great to work with. He did the inspection and report in a timely manner and his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Gaines did a great job helping us understand the problem and how to get it resolved. The report he submitted helped us in addressing the builder and hopefully we can completely resolve our structural problem with the builder.

Report was timely and thorough. Easy to work with.

Great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Finally found someone who could help us with our problem. Would definitely use Gaines Engineering again if ever needed for other issues.

Very fast and professional!!
