Experience with this company was a nightmare! Mark the salesman never submitted the paperwork costing a 4 week delay. Jessica the project manager was hard to make contact and was not always honest. Generally took 2 months begging on my part just to get my project started. This was after 2 payments. I was concerned that my money was lost at one point. After saying this, I must say that Brian and his construction crew were top notch, did excellent work, and were very knowledgeable, courteous and considerate!! It is too bad the customer service was so bad and made the overall experience so miserable. I will never use this company again! Good job Brian and crew!

Galaxie Home is a company that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I contracted them and they didn't perform well at all. The granite top company refused to take away my old counter top and left the plumbing disconnected and when I asked the installer to do it, he replied that he wasn't a plumber...SMH!! What a disaster and when I hired a plumber on my own, they reluctantly reimbursed me and committed that I paid the plumber too much. Maybe if they had done what they were supposed to do, I wouldn't have had to do it on my own and be without water and gas to my kitchen.

Galaxie is a good match for us. I prefer to supply cabinets, Flooring, fixtures, etc. and have a contractor supply the labor. This company is totally comfortable with this approach. They are efficient and run a well organized team.

Work was done in 7 days. Quality of work was good, but could have been better. There seemed to be a disconnect between the Project Manager and the contractor on several items.

Trying to reach your "project manager" is next to impossible if you also work normal business hours. They force you to sign a contract when they come out or lose a significant discount. They do not bring samples with so you better already know what you want and have it ready to show them.

We hired them for their promise of a dedicated crew, licensed professionals, and a project manager who would be in constant contact with us and the crew. NONE of that happened, It took 2 full weeks to remodel a 6x10' bathroom. The first week they were barely on site for 3 hours a day. Sometimes no one would come until 2PM, and stay only 2 hours. We did not experience anything close to what we were promised. The only positive part of the experience was that they were very clean, and the work was completed. The only licensed individual was the electrician, and he wired our bathroom light/heat /fan onto one switch so in August there is no turning on the fan unless you want to roast. The glass shower doors do not pull up flush, so water leaks onto the floor every time we shower. The comfort height toilet we requested did not arrive. The grout on the tiles was hastily mudded and wiped, so there are gaps and high spots everywhere.There is a tile marker imbedded in the shower tile that they never removed. The company promised a 5-7 business day turnover for this bathroom remodel, and when they couldn't accomplish is in even 10 business days (mind you, a 6x10' bathroom) they rushed to complete leaving professionalism behind. Do not hire this company.

people are all very nice and work is great. the only thing is the job took too long to start, even for a simple bathroom re-tile, just around the bath tub. from signing the contract till start, it took over five weeks only after repeated calls and email to press for the job to begin. they finished the day before our guests came to stay.

The quality of work was excellent. They were in constant communication, almost daily. They were very professional and went above and beyond and made me feel like family! I was very pleased with them and the kitchen is AWESOME!

He did great work, very clean and on time.

They crew I had was fabulous, although it took 2 months to complete, but everything was relatively good.

I think for the money the materials were not as good as they should have been.

Peter and Joe were awesome to work with. They were very responsive and I felt at ease having them in the home by themselves. They did nice job and pleased all around.
