We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Galaxy Air Conditioning team for working with us on our heat pump AC installation. Our house is an old house, with not so good insulation and an outdated duct system. They also helped us set up the city inspection and truly guided us every step of the way, making the entire experience much less stressful. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a maintenance and repair company. They were super responsive, got someone out right away, and even when they could have sold us on something we didn't need, they were honest!!!! You don't see that very often anymore. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My only regret is not going with them when we replaced our units initially. Look no further. Go with Galaxy!!!
