The owner(Jimmy) was very knowledgable and always did what he said he would do. The whole crew was great.They did the job right at a great price. They even showed up on a weekend to make sure my time frame was met.

There was a little confusion in the initial communication between the crew but everything was corrected before the job was completed. We actually had them inspect and fix our heating and AC while they were here. Absolutely would recommend them and hire them again.

Totally dissatisfied.Sloppy job.Ruined my floors,divots all over the place, some places cant see the wood grain from over staining, they are not xperts, later found out his plumber did the floors,did come back but made it worse, refused to do stairwell and top floor, stating its too costly and time consuming.Left stain and polyurethane on skirting boards, failed to rectify.Floors already starting to peel by poorly applied top coat.Failed to clean up floor dust on all surfaces. The entire house including inside of cabinets had to be cleaned. AMATEURS.DO NOT HIRE ULTIMATE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

"we went from December 15 she emails me a text she loved the house everything is beautiful that we r the best 2 weeks later her daughter is buying the house now so her daughter tells me the floors r too dark and she wants them re done and she has a 3 page punch out list that will disappear if I redo the floors I spent 14 days at the house doing the punch out list to perfection and then she decides she isn't going to pay the balance so we have to go to court and she was order by the judge to pay the balance these r miss guided words and I put pictures of these same floors that she is saying that I ruined up on my web site"

Actually, they repaired the chimney pipe and cap on my home. They did nice work, arrived when they said they would, and completed the job on time. All big plusses. However, they estimated the job without looking at it. The price was very high for the work done. I would hire them, but i would question the estimate.

Incredible customer service from initial contact to completion. Ultimate construction's workforce is highly skilled and professional. They provided us with daily updates of their progress with texts and photos and completed our work when promised. BRAVO!

Jim and crew showed up at arranged time. He scoped the job, gave me the price. I paid 50% deposit as required. They left and came back a short time later with necessary materials. They did the job in a DRENCHING DOWNPOUR! They did the job (and a little EXTRA!) in a timely fashion. Jim showed me photos of the completed work. I paid the remaining 50% and they went on their way. I feel that Jim and his Ultimate crew were professional, courteous and they took pride in the work they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ULTIMATE CONSTRUCTION and will hire them again if the need arises.

Jim and his team were very professional. They accommodated my schedule and actually stayed until 3:30 in the morning to finish the job. Jim's team was very courteous and did not mind answering all my questions. (there were many). They also made sure not to make a mess and cleaned up after they were done. Very satisfied with their dedication and attention to detail. I plan to use them for any of my construction needs and will recommend Ultimate to my friends and neigbors.

Jim and his team were very professional. They stayed until midnight installing my new AC unit on the hottest week so far this year. They next day I noticed the air was not cold so I called Jim and he came out again that night and was their until 10 pm to get it fixed. It was due to a factory installed valve that was faulty. They did a great job and would recommend these guys because they did everything they said they would do and more. Also, the day I signed the contract they were there the next day with new AC unit and installed the system. Now that's what I call prompt service. Great job to Jim and his crew.

I thought long and hard about posting my review for this company but with all of the work that is needed after 'Sandy' I believe it is only right to post my experience. Not enough room to post my experience with them here but you can feel free to contact Home Advisor as I understand they will give you my contact information. About a year ago this month I was looking for a vendor to paint the entire interior of my beach house & I regrettably chose Ultimate. TIME -job was quoted as taking 2 full weeks b/c it was a big job. Guess it shrunk b/c it ended up taking 5 days. SLOPPY- there was paint on my carpet, splatters on woodwork, mirrors, blinds, switch plates� I needed him to return 3 times and he offered to come back again but at that point I simply wanted them out of the house. PAYMENT- contract states you only pay the balance AFTER the work is completed and you are satisfied. Ultimate Paint tried to push the almost $3000 balance through on my credit card when they were not even finished with the job! Massaro and has an excuse for EVERYTHING and will say ANYTHING to deflect customer complaints away from himself. Positive � they were on time. Buyer beware.

"just some facts to these comments first of all the total job was 4000 the payments were 2000 down and 2000 at completion of service the job was completed in 6 days with 7 painters on the job ultimate constructio also provided a cleaning service that cleaned the house from top to bottom then ultimate returned on 3 different occasions for touch ups and also offer to return again if necessary the customer signed off that she was satisfied i did everything in my power to satisfy this customer i find it very odd that the service was performed 1 year ago and after storm sandy that this customer would make these comments clearly has hidden agenda"

The contractor gave me a written estimate of what he was going to do for $700. When he started work, he decided that he didn't have to do what was written, but expected to be payed $700 anyway. After questioning him about the work that was supposed to be done, and that I would only pay him $300 for the reduced work, he stated that, " that's not the way it is done." He then left the job and never returned. I did the work myself. I would never recommend this contractor to another individual. He should honor his written commitments.

"I gave this customer a price to fix a leak in his roof what ever it would take to fix the problem after we r 3/4 done the job he didn't think the repair was worth the amount I quoted him on an estimate that he wouldnt sign or give any down money for the material that was used on the job and wanted to pay me what he thought the repair was worth which was less then half of what I quoted him that is why the job wasnt completed"

I would recommend Ultimate Cut to my friends and family, they were very professional. They let me know exactly what they were doing every step of they way. They also went above and beyond. They had no problem working with me and the insurance company.

Needed to paint home prior to moving in. We were short for time and Ultimate cut promised they would be done. They were done in time however the price was high and we had to call back numerous times to fix the sloppy work. Very disappointed.

Ultimate Cut did an excellent job on my bathroom/shower remodel. The job was completed before the scheduled date. The Work Area was clean daily. Outstanding work! Very happy and satisfied with Ultimate Cut. So much so, that we are contracting them to do another one of our bathrooms. Project was done on time and turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend them for any projects that you may be thinking about undertaking. Great workmanship and left our place spotless like they were never there!

Jim and his crew were very dedicated to our satisfaction from start to finish. They were very detail oriented, professional, on time and made sure everything was perfect before they finished. We had an existing Jacuzzi removed and replaced with a luxury model. It was a very difficult job and they were excellent. They handled very hard plumbing and electrical issues and trouble shooted expertly. After interviewing many other contractors we obviously made the right choice! Part of the difficulty encountered was the task of preserving the existing beautiful infrastructure of the master bathroom and they did this wonderfully. They are great!

Jim and group were very professional and accomodating. They scheduled the work within a short timeframe and kept to the planned schedule. They also were accomodating to my tenant's schedule. I haven't been able to visit the house yet and see the actual quality of work and would be glad to redo the survey after that time.
