"While I appreciate customer feedback, this review needs to be addressed. As it is her right to make comments, and state her opinion, I need to acknowledge the inaccuracies of the situation especially the statement about my character. I would never yell at a customer and make them feel unsafe. I did, however, yell to her. I was in the next-door neighbors yard building their deck, a job I was hired for based on the work I was doing on her house, when she asked me a question. If yelling my answer made her feel unsafe in anyway, I apologize for that. It was not my intention. I would never yell at somebody or do anything to make them feel uncomfortable. When I am hired, I am being entrusted to do what they are asking, and to treat them and the property with respect. And that is what I do. As for the statements made regarding my craftsmanship, they are exaggerated. There were little one offs that she wanted corrected, which I did with no issues. As stated at the beginning, the review is based on her opinion of my work. However, if you look at all my other reviews, this is the complete opposite of what any other customer has had to say."
