My experience with Galaxy Tech Services was very positive and stress relieving! While opening my new business, I was running into tech issues at every turn! I finally reached out to Galaxy Tech Services, was able to speak directly to the owner, and explained my new business tech issue 'woes'. Within 48 hours, Galaxy Tech came to the office, diagnosed the issues I was having, and problem solved the network setup. The company not only corrected all of the tech issues at hand and set up the network in less than 48 hours, but they also offer a flat rate fee for their services! No matter what unforseen issue that may arise causing the job to take longer, the flat rate fee doesn't change. This allowed me to create a budget for the project, and not worry that it would have to change along the way.  In conclusion, I will be a life long customer of Galaxy Tech Services. I highly recommend the company to anyone that has any type of IT issue or project they want completed in a timely manner and efficiently.
