We had an excellent experience with the installation of our Pella windows and doors. From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. The workmanship was top-notch—everything was installed perfectly, with great attention to detail. They took the time to protect our home during the install, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and made sure all our questions were answered before they left. The windows and doors look fantastic and made an immediate difference in both appearance and comfort. If you’re considering Pella, a great product paired with a first-class installation team makes all the difference. Highly recommend—truly a 5-star experience.

Unbelievably incompetent. We started working with this office in June, when they sent an individual to measure some windows which required replacement. We paid for this service, they took ample pictures and measurements, made unnecessary comments about our neighborhood, and then refused to share the results with us until August when we had spent a full summer calling and requesting an update on when we could order new products and schedule an installation. In September, they finally confirmed we could place our order, which we did the same day (hoping to have new windows by the winter). We then had to call incessantly to schedule our installation, which we finally were able to do so for 10/31. On 10/31, they arrived and informed us that the windows were the wrong measurements (which they had performed) and we would receive a refund. It is December 16th and we have no refund. On November 4th, they told us the refund would arrive in 1-2 weeks, which it has not. Incompetence from start to finish, and we've had to file a complaint with the BBB hoping to FINALLY receive a refund so that we can pay a competent company to perform the replacement.

We replaced two large windows in the living room and family room. The whole process was quite pleasant. The initial consultation with the sales person Thom was informative and there was no pressure to make a decision that same day (unlike R by A). Scott who came to measure the windows was knowledgable and took the time to ensure the right windows with proper sizes were ordered. Lily from the customer service team helped secured an earliest possible installation date with frequent email and text updates. Windows were delivered the day before installation date with no issue. The crew Tom, Jon and Jesus who did the installation were professional, on time, kept the areas near windows covered and clean. They were respectful and finished the installation in a reasonable amount of time, given the 20 degree weather in winter, really appreciate their hard work! Both windows came out looking great! I would recommend Pella windows for sure.
