Galicia's Housekeeping

I wrote an excellent review in 8/2016 after I had been using these ladies to clean my home for a few months. They do the best cleaning work. I loved them both professionally and personally and was very generous giving them extra money, housewares, fine handbags, shoes and clothing I no longer needed and special gifts for birthdays and holidays. They are honest people. On Friday 12/22/17 the ladies were supposed to arrive by 11:00 to clean before Christmas. I had bags and boxes of wrapped Christmas gifts waiting for them. At 11:30 they had not arrived so I called to see if they were OK. They were cleaning another home-a new customer. Sandra asked if it was OK if they arrived by 12:30 and I said yes. At 12:50 I called again. Sandra said they were just leaving and could be at my home in around 45 minutes. I had arranged my day based on an 11-11:30 and 2:00 did not work. I asked if they could come the next day so my house would be nice for Christmas. They couldn't come until 12/26. After being a loyal, generous and regular customer for almost 2 years they put the needs of a new customer ahead of mine. They took advantage of my kindness and generosity and then let me down at one of the most important times of year. They had done this to me a few times before so I should have been smarter and realized that they weren't reliable but I have a habit of leading with my heart. Had they called me that morning and let me know they were going to be late I would have been able to arrange my schedule. I never expected such disrespectful and inconsiderate treatment from them and I could not recommend them again because they are unreliable.

they arrive and did a great job for the first time, cleaned some parts of house in detail that will not be required every time and what impressed me the most is there was not additional charges. One of the ladies saw some minor dirt inside oven and opened and cleaned so I asked if they had any additional charges for items such as that and was told NO, would clean all as needed. Very impressive as most companies would charge. Yes I could recommend them but from experience I never recommend anyone as that is way of making friend and enemy.

Cecilia was very thorough and efficient. I was very pleased I will have the same person each week from a security and satisfaction standpoint.

These ladies are SO flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to clean our home to our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone!

Worked hard for 2.5 hours to clean my home. I don't think my shower doors were this clean on the day they were installed! Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. They even made my bed!

A new company that came expecting a routine house cleaning not the "deep cleaning" I expected. I decided to hire them for regular house cleaning at a rate lower than what they quoted me - so they are willing to negotiate price. They did a credible job for the price. I would not recommend them for a deep cleaning one time job. I will review them later for regular maid service.

Galicia's over the past few months has made my home super squeaky clean. Dog and cat hair, desert dust and odor is gone. Windows are clean inside and out. Two of my friends hired Galicia's after seeing my home. I increased the frequency of their appearances since my home just gets cleaner and cleaner.

Incredible work and lovely people. I trust them to be in my home and I would recommend them to anyone. My shower and glass door has never looked so good. Thorough deep cleaning. I have never had any house cleaners do a better job than Galicia's in the past 20 years. You will be very happy with these people.
