Joe missed our first appointment because he said he was never informed of the appointment I set up through through Angi so I ended up directly communicating with him to schedule an appointment.. He showed up on time and got right to work taking care of business. He's fair with his charges for service, and I ended up paying $600 less than his initial bid. The slight downgrade in quality of work was given because there was a small dent at the bottom of the water heater which I assumed was caused by wrestling the water heater out of the truck unto a dolly all by himself.

Joe helped get our heater up and running just before the cold front hit. A week prior, he did a major help with a plumbing project (sprinkler system). Highly recommend his services!

Rarely is someone happy to spend money on a plumbing issue but the experience was so good in every way I was happy to hand over the dough.
