It goes against my nature to leave another bad review on here. However, people should be aware. Jack is a very nice guy although. The subfloor he was hired to fix most went untouched, after he was paid he said he would fix it while putting in the finished flooring. They came and laid the kitchen initially I was upset because the broken trim snapped up instead of cut. However now everything his crew laid will have to be replaced it is cracking and breaking the locked because the subfloor was never repaired or leveled properly. I hate that I spent $4700 on that work. Another project sliding door has a gap at the top and will have to be adjusted and the siding that he took off was never replaced I have to still get it fixed. $700 wasted there. Drywall work that he did for me was never sanded down and I had to do that myself. I wish I could get my money back from all of his work. He is a very professional talking man and he did ask me while on site if I was happy with the work and they would fix anything I was not happy with. Maybe I should get in contact and see however I just do not want to deal with it anymore..

Gallagher's Handyman Plus came the same day I called and checked out my disposal. He suggested I check out disposals and determine what I wanted. I purchased the disposal and made the appointment for him to install. He arrived early and went right to work. He is neat and checked to make sure the disposal did not leak and the dishwasher drained properly. Amazing work, Reasonable charge and did not leave a mess. he is my go to guy ! I have his card on the fridge and phone. Singing his praises.

Came right away. Respectful and personable. Reasonable charge for work done (light carpentry). Would hire again!

I've been through a lot of contractors in the last 2 years and this guy easily stood out from the rest. Amazing work, showed up on time, did exactly what was asked and more and confirmed I was satisfied when job was done.

First I would like to say jack is very professional. However, after hiring him to replace a door, and do some flooring work. I have found several discrepancies in his work. I do not hold Jack alone accountable because if he was there he always asked me if I was happy with the work and would address the issue. However, it has been over a month and I have not heard back about him finishing up a job. And I have found that while doing flooring There is a broken lock on the LVP floor, they did not run it under the transition but rather cut it to stop at the piece. And some of the trim rather than being cut to fit was just snapped off about 6 inches up the doorway to fit the flooring under it. As well as all the drywall sparkle not sanded down. Again I am unsure if Jack was actually present or just his employees when this was done but the broken lock tells me no floor leveler was placed under the floor. Also, several soft spots were left on the subfloor after they were paid to fix it. Again. Jack was very adamant about fixing any issues I have had however it has now been over a month and I have not heard back about fixing the issues and have taken it upon myself to just fix everything in my spare time. I will say other then those issues I felt comfortable enough with his crew to leave my door open and they worked while I was away from the home and I never had anything come up missing or out of place. So I have mixed reviews for the company. I also must state I have not reached out to get in contact about the broken trim, broken lock, or follow up on the unfinished job either. All and all I am only slightly unpleased with the work and caution to just look at everything good and do not finish paying until it is to your liking. Because otherwise he is a busy man and hard to schedule to follow up anything.

Jack did a great job installing attic stairs. We appreciate he cleaned all debris up and was pleasant and on time. Would recommend Jack and hire him for future projects.

Mr Gallagher is as professional as they come! Even pointed out where an electrician was needed to protect insurance etc. He was quick to answer my call, provide an estimate and complete the work! Iâ ll hire him again!

Work extremely professional. Work completed in timely manner. Assembled kids twin house bed, dresser, and chest. Inquired and put items where l wanted and child secured chest and dresser. Highly recommend. I have used them several time and will continue using them.

I highly recommend Gallaghers! They were great about starting the project quickly, responsive and kept me updated on timing of handyman's arrival. Bill's work was excellent, better results than I expected and the price was right.

Installed a top-of-the-line but complicated Fakro Model LMP 12-foot folding stairs into a garage ceiling opening. Arrived on time with all tools needed. Measurements including cutting steel ladder length absolutely precise. Installation exactly as required by instructions and within the 3 hours estimated by manufacturer. Labor rate exactly as estimated and fair. Fit and finish perfect. Cleanup perfect. After installation instructions to homeowner clear and engaging. No smoking on premises. Courteous. Top of my list for future work.

Mr Gallagher performed two badly needed separate jobs for us. Painted front porch consisting of door, trim & oval window. Door needed paint removal, sanding, primer and 2 coats of paint. Did a beautiful & thorough job. Project 2 was replacing a more than rotten wood bottom of bathroom cabinet under faucet. Removed the board, added a sturdier frame and floor board using real wood & painted. Works & looks much better than original. Couldn't be happier. Pleasant to work with. On time. Works with you. Has my complete trust. Have more projects I need doing and will most definitely be calling him again.
