Gallardo's

Mr. Gallardo contacted me about my job as I was trying to receive different estimates for it. The job required drywall to be installed in the basement and to plaster some cracks in the drywall on the first and second floors. Mr. Gallardo quoted me $6,500 for the drywall work and agreed to also work on three of our bathrooms for $800 each. The work was not finished, done very slowly, and was not even done that well in the first place before our house unfortunately burned down. Two of the bathrooms were not even half done, and as he was working on those two, we ourselves finished one of the bathrooms fully in no time. When we wanted to pay Mr. Gallardo for what he actually did at the agreed-upon prices, he changed the price to $16,500 for the drywall. I had estimates for that same job for $8,000, $8,700, etc. All with materials so I do not know why I would have chosen this individual in the first place for such an absurd amount. Even when I contacted one of his workers, they informed me that Mr. Gallardo is a liar, that he did not pay him for his services, and that he disappeared on him. Mr. Gallardo was supposed to work for us for two weeks and after five weeks nothing was finished. Overall, would absolutely not recommend this individual for any work.

He give you affordable prices.

Contracted him to do some painting and other minor jobs. Was very informative and communicated with me in regards to the job. And was not too expensive.

Mr Gallardo did a great job. He made the imposible to fix my sink drain. It took some time and several trips to Homedepot but it works now. He change my outdoor spigot that was licking too. The cost was reasonable. I will recommend him. Thinking to hire him for a major renovation that I have planned.
