This gentleman had a very hard time trying tochange the locks on my front door. After an hour trying to install the new lock and handles,I gave him a doornob I had bought and not used. Finally he was able to install the new lock. I wanted the other front door entrance lock,etc installed.He seemed like he didn't know what to do. I was disappointed.

They treated my issue as an emergency even though it wasn't. They exerienced some problems and stayed on the job to the end until everything was resolved. Their pricing was very reasonable. Their follow up several days later to make sure everything was still good was unexpected. Job well done!

Very Knowkedgable. Could have really stuck us with an expensive bill, but gave us what we needed not what he wanted to sell us. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work down. I did shop around and he was the best price and really discussed and walked myself and my wife through the options.
