Thomas Kinnon was hired and came the next day, on time, to install a toilet. We were told by another company that we would need a new subfloor and the toilet install would be $300. Thomas did a thorough check and assured us we don’t need a new subfloor and showed why. He stalled the toilet and the flange under it, and even went to a local hardware store to purchase a needed part for us. He was personable and efficient. We would call him again.
