Galpha did an amazing job on the $20k remodeling project on my basement after it flooded. The workers were diligent and professional, being very conscious of how the work affected my home. John (the liaison assigned to me) was exceptionally responsive when other companies wouldn't even respond to my calls/emails, and even offered some free, professional advice on small aspects of the project that I wanted to do myself to save money- A highly ethical business practice. The company was also very generous with adding small things onto the project that weren't technically on the bill but were obviously needed such as closet acoutrements, which I am grateful for. The only advice that I would give would be to double-check what components they plan on using to add to your home before installation as a window was added to my basement that didn't match the one next to it in color (see picture), requiring a little bit of extra work. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the results and very satisfied with customer service.
