Ron and his partner did an excellent job repairing my patio door and screen. They were on time to estimate the job and to do the repair.

When Ron came over he brought 2 trainees with. Initially he said my frame and all was good. Had a hard time taking my sliding door out and when he did, he placed it on my family room carpet. I needed to keep closing the door after his trainers would walk back in the house since the air conditioner was on. My sliding door was not on the track properly and needed to be adjusted straight again. Rather then fixing the problem, he made the entire frame uneven. After looking closer when he was gone, the frame is scraped up, brackets are not completely on and missing screws. Very Disappointed with the service. Maybe he was distracted while training.

Gal did an excellent job replacing a worn track and rehanging my 12 panel wooden sliding doors.

Professional and efficient. I initially only called for an estimate but I decided to proceed with having the work done and he was able to accommodate me for the same day. He was professional and efficient and I am pleased with the completed repairs.

Ron came over and assessed our issues...one sliding glass door wouldn't lock...one wouldnt stay unlocked...and when we would open our only 15-year old sliding screen door...it would fall onto the Patio. The other sliding screen door was long gone before we bought our Condo. He ended up making two additional trips to get us up and working--- like a Swiss watch. We are just so pleased with their work ethics!
