Ron and his partner did an excellent job on my patio door. Setting up the estimate was free and easy. They came on time, diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix it on the spot in a very quick and efficient way. They have a passion for doing what they do. They got stuck on a job and were running late i offered to reschedule and they said no we'll still come if that's ok and they did. Very apologetic and professional. Would hire again.

When Ron came over he brought 2 trainees with. Initially he said my frame and all was good. Had a hard time taking my sliding door out and when he did, he placed it on my family room carpet. I needed to keep closing the door after his trainers would walk back in the house since the air conditioner was on. My sliding door was not on the track properly and needed to be adjusted straight again. Rather then fixing the problem, he made the entire frame uneven. After looking closer when he was gone, the frame is scraped up, brackets are not completely on and missing screws. Very Disappointed with the service. Maybe he was distracted while training.
