Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
was going to charge $250;00 to install a thermostast that at a hardware store cost no more than $40;00 dolars. bargain down to $135;00
Response by Gama Central Heating & Air Conditioning: Troubleshooting, replacement of thermostat, taxes, including labor and 1 year warranty on the thermostat is $285. The reason we got it down to $135 was that we were already there recently and did the troubleshooting and found other issues that were resolved by us (which you paid for). So we did not charge you for the troubleshooting again, and was happy to give you a little discount on top of that. The thermostat you claim you can buy for $40 does not come with troubleshooting & installation labor, 1-year labor guarantee, taxes and shipping. But, thank you anyways for doing business with us and I am sorry you had that kind of experience.

Took 2 attempts to fix , responsive came right back when first attempt didn't work. Should have given a price due to it taking 2 visits to fix properly

very prompt and polite. called immediately, then called again and emailed to confirm. arrived earlier than expected, in about 20 min. but they tried a couple of times to tell me it mite be the furnace instead, then finally gave up and replaced the thermostat. its working fine. I'd recommend them and use them again. just be careful they don't try to sell u something u don't need.
