was going to charge $250;00 to install a thermostast that at a hardware store cost no more than $40;00 dolars. bargain down to $135;00

"Troubleshooting, replacement of thermostat, taxes, including labor and 1 year warranty on the thermostat is $285. The reason we got it down to $135 was that we were already there recently and did the troubleshooting and found other issues that were resolved by us (which you paid for). So we did not charge you for the troubleshooting again, and was happy to give you a little discount on top of that. The thermostat you claim you can buy for $40 does not come with troubleshooting & installation labor, 1-year labor guarantee, taxes and shipping. But, thank you anyways for doing business with us and I am sorry you had that kind of experience."

very prompt and polite. called immediately, then called again and emailed to confirm. arrived earlier than expected, in about 20 min. but they tried a couple of times to tell me it mite be the furnace instead, then finally gave up and replaced the thermostat. its working fine. I'd recommend them and use them again. just be careful they don't try to sell u something u don't need.

They deceived me, they charged me twice for consultations and recommended I replace my a/c but in the end it was fixed by a different company, and it works beautifully. Even if I'd replaced it I would have had problems. There was nothing wrong with the unit, but with the lineset; there was a leak, which was fixed, but nothing wrong with the coils etc.

My central A/C was dripping condensate and saturating the carpet. Two other companies recommended replacing my entire HVAC system for $5,300. Hymie from Gama said that the problem was simply a clogged condensate drain line. He replaced it for $140.

Gama came out to fix our furnace not working and also fix our AC smelling musty/moldy. Jason came out on the same day, showed up on time and fixed everything within 2 hours. He was awesome - nice, friendly and honest. And every time I called (I had to reschedule twice), the office staff was really courteous and accommodating. And the charge was very reasonable. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

The owner Robert was extremely friendly on the phone. They were very accomodating and flexiblein scheduling. They were willing to send someone out in the evening I called him if i wanted but decided on 8am the next morning...no 5 hour windows like other contractors. The service guy was friendly and gave me clear explanations for everything he was doing. Would definitely use them again.

Commercial Central A/C Service or Repair
Jack was very professional at the office. He told me they will be there within 90 minutes. The technician, Jason, called us 20 minutes prior to arrival and let us know he is coming. He was thorough in explaining what happened and how it may have happened. They also showed us how we can cut down about 22% from our electrical bill on our commercial A/C that is running 18 hours a day. They are priced VERY reasonable, I know because we have had many others before them. GAMA is for keeps.
