I have been using the hammocks since their infancy, I have use them for power washing for cleaning both exterior and interior, as well as multiple handyman services, steam cleaning carpets rugs couches chairs, organizing garage is and really any other home need that was necessary. The staff the team are top notch Covid compliant and a class act. Their pricing blows away any of their competitors, I could not recommend Gammex Maintence more for any home office business need for any service from cleaning the steam cleaning to handyman two small projects two big projects.

This is one of the best crew and service I've hired. William went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. They did an amazing post construction clean-up. This was a big house that was in construction for a full year and had accumulated a ton of mess. It was spotless when they were done. I've hired them for another job already. Thank you William!!!

They worked over a weekend - the owner came on Sunday to check on the work and started helping - the thing that really impressed me is they cleaned my yard.

Our relationship with Gamax did not start out smoothly, but ended up very well thanks to the way they handled the problems. We needed heavy duty tile cleaning in our 3 story apartment building. Their initial service was not acceptable, perhaps due in part to miscommunication or expectations. However, William from Gamax met with me, came up with a solution, and showed me what processes they would use to improve the results. They would end up spending more time and using more personnel than originally planned, but did so without complaint or excuse. The result was as expected and we are very satisfied. As the owner of a service oriented business, in addition to being a rental building owner, I am far more impressed with how a person or company recovers from and handles problems than almost anything. So few companies take responsibility these days - Gamax and William earn high praise.

The gentlemen showed up even a little early, and did an excellent job on the project, and cleaned up very nicely after it was done. Very satisfied with the job.

I also had them paint an exterior wall and an accent wall in the bathroom. Did a great job. Clean lines and exactly what I asked for.

They damaged one of the screens. After a misunderstanding, they did have it fixed and delivered the next day. Also there were some spots missed on the window which they went over when they returned. One of the screens was not replaced. On a positive note, the guys that did the work were very nice and punctual.

I didn't notice until a day after Gamax Maintenance Service cleaned my windows that they had torn one of the window screens

Originally quoted one minimum, then charged more. Arrived 1/2 hour late. Service was OK.

Service was reliable and friendly; priced well and fulfilled their commitment. Area's for improvemement - left cleaning rags on roof - should double check and some of the window pains were streaked - should double check. Would definitely use again!
