Shane and his crew started off well and good, but began to get sloppy half-way through. Make sure you get a formal itemized quote from him. All materials must be paid for as the work goes along. He doesn't pay for even a tube of caulking that he could add to the bill. The photos were taken after work was completed. did come out to put a 2nd coat of paint on the textured ceilings, but things didn't go well.

Great attention to detail! Very considerate to keeping the house items and floors covered during work and cleaned up. I will hire him again in future projects.

In these times when it’s almost impossible to find a contractor that will SHOW UP, let alone have incredible skills like Shane and his crew! We had bast popcorn throughout our new house and in just a few days, Shane not only removed it, but left us a new ceiling that looks impeccable! They showed up early, and stayed late and fulfilled every promise and commitment we made! They even cleaned our many ceiling fans! Shane did an excellent job repairing three damaged areas of drywall in my spare bedroom. He was very considerate of my time and communicated with me if he was held up from starting the job at the established time. His charges for the repair were very reasonable. He cleaned and vacuumed the area prior to leaving. I highly recommend his services.

Shane was great and I highly recommend him. He fixed the drywall for us after a water leak. Serve Pro had removed the bottom 24 inches of drywall in five rooms. Shane and his crew repaired the dry wall and did all of the painting. You would never be able to tell that there was a repair it was that good. We also had him remove the popcorn ceilings in all the room, also well done. His pricing was straightforward, his communication was excellent, they cleaned up the site after each day, and you pay after all the work is completed.
