G&C provided the best price for the job and were very accommodating for our schedule by actually coming and working on a Saturday for us at no extra cost. Other vendors raised the prices of their quote for a Saturday request. The were pleasant, professional and clean. I would gladly do business with them again and recommend them to others.

I was disappointed when they just charged me a high flat fee for parts and labor with no explaination until days later!! Tech tried to put on wrong part that was broken already! Had to wait two hours after the one hour of him turning on and off the heater, for him to go get the right part!!

"In responce to the negative review from this customer, we at G & C Quality Air Care, Inc pride ourselves on high outstanding customer satisfaction. The technician diagnosed the problem which required turning the unit off and on and found a broken part already laying in the furnace, so there was no need to try and reinstall it as noted in this review(or install wrong part). The techinician then notified the homeowner the part had to be picked up from our supplier to be the right match and quoted the total repair upfront. Homeowner called the office the next morning to understand the bill again, and never said they were dissatisfied w/ service."

Fast response. Very nice family sized business. Honest and affordable. Found blower wheel to loose on motor shaft causing loud vibration. Tightened to repair this difficult to access part. Chrged for service call and labor. I am convinced that other larger companies in the area would have told me the motor needed to be replaced costing over $700. G & C Quality Air Care saved me a lot of money. Mostly appreciated their honesty.

This father and son team are a terrific duo--extremely knowledgable, efficient, friendly, courteous and NEAT. They were very careful not to get any dirt on my carpeting and did a very thorough job--fixing one problem I've had with my furnace for YEARS! I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
