G & C Roofing

Years ago, I worked in the roofing business, so I know what goes on. I didn't know anything about G & C Roofing before I picked them from HomeAdvisor to submit a quote, but after talking with CesarMartin the first time, I knew there was something different about his business. I interviewed 4 roofing companies in the area, but G & C stood out noticeably. When it was all done, G & C exceeded my expectations. That rarely happens with for me with contractors. Also, I had neighbors, who observed the ongoing project, come up to me and tell me how impressed they were with G & C's attention to detail. So was I. G & C always showed up on time, they protected the plants and objects near the roof from damage, they kept the area clean, they kept me informed about any problems that occurred, and they did a great job. My roof looks better now than it did before it was originally installed...and at a competitive price. I would use G & C again in a heartbeat. They get a top 5.0 Star Rating from me. No complaints about Cesar and his crew. As a former roofer, I can say they not only know what they're doing, but, just as important, they care about the quality of how they do it. G & C treated me as if I were important to them.

Cesar was great!! Came immediately, evaluated the issues, showed me pictures of problems and then fixed the problems at a very good rate. Could not be more pleased! Fast, great rate, courteous and HONEST!!!

Professional from the quote, to daily clean-up including status, to leaving a ladder for inspector access to roof. Provided rafter tail repair including termite treatment of exposed wood. Offered suggestion for flashing painting. Quality workmanship. I will use G&C for future work and highly recommend them for someone looking for roofing service.

We were pleased when Cesar told us we did not need a new roof right now. For a real bargain price they did a tune up, which included sealing all pipes, seal corners of the chimney, replaced some damaged shingles, sealed all exposed nails and hauled away the trash. Make sure G&C is on your list for Estimating. G&C Roofing got the job because of the customer service, simply put they came out surveyed the roof, provided an estimate, identified the risk of additional repairs/cost, recommended a repair, provide a detailed estimate, breaking down the cost labor, materials, etc. To validate the estimate they took pictures using their IP and reviewed them with me prior to submitting the estimate. Within a few days Cesar (the C in G&C) followed up to see if I had any questions about the estimate or work. Once the work started their folks were very professional, neat and tidy always cleaning up after themselves. Cesar was the onsite lead and was proactive in telling me what they would be doing during the day and updating me if there were additional areas to work. From a price perspective, I had 5 estimates, 1 insisted that I replace the whole roof, 4 said the underlayment was in great condition and repair would suffice. Of the 5 G&C's estimate beat all but one and the one didn't go on the roof and thoroughly inspect so I assumed I would get gouged with overruns. Although the final cost was reasonably higher, G&C was able to validate the cost through showing the additional damage not observable during the first inspection. Well Done and Thanks to Cesar and his crew.

On my 17 year old roof, one of the roof tabs came sliding down the roof and landed on the pool deck.Cesar came on time, and in a matter of minutes, had the missing tab replaced - using my supply of saved leftover tabs. What a relief this was, to have this honest, skilled professional charge a very small fee for this small repair.

Cesar was very professional and arrived in a timely manner to do our roof inspection. He took pictures and pointed out all the areas that needed to be fixed He took the time to review the inspection with me and let me know where the problems are. We feel confident in purchasing this home now that he has done a thorough roof inspection for us. He also charged a fair amount and his pricing is competitive. We would highly recommend him for any roofing needs.

Cesar applied sealant in one area of my roof and replaced a few broken tiles. I got the same attention as a customer with a much bigger job. My calls were always returned promptly and the job was completed within the promised time. Cesar is a genuinely honest person and will not push a job that is not needed. I even received a courtesy call after the first heavy rain to see if I had any leaks, which I didn't. I've already recommended G & C Roofing to 2 neighbors.

Exceeded my expectation for having my roof replaced. By far the best price around,.,.and i shop for the best company not only price! Very organized and cleaned up everyday before leaving my property. The quality and workmanship is 2nd to none and they finished a day ahead of the scheduled finish date! Even my neighbor came over to ask his questions,..because he had just bought his house with a fairly new roof on it but my roof was visually a better quality material, better installation and i chose a very light colored 3 dimensional composition and it looked very unique compared to other roofs in the neighborhood. Very fortunate to have used this great group of guys and plan on using them in the near future as well.
