THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT THEY ONLY CLEANED ONE TANK, THE OTHER WAS LEFT HALF-FULL BECAUSE THEY SAID THERE WAS A SPRINKLER LINE (PVC) ON THEIR WAY, BUT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CUT OUT AND REPLACED LATER ON, BUT OTHER WISE I AM SATISFY,,,

I called , made a date for service was quoted a price, the job was done (nice people,well mannered, clean ) the job was done , the truck was shut down, then the paper work, the price jumped up a lot more the I was quoted.(it was not about the money issue but ) the price change should have been discuss, when they first came and looked in the tank. NOT AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE .

They did an incomplete inspection because they didn't find the 2nd tank. Consequently, their report was erroneous and in the end cost me money when I was forced to lower the sale price of my home to cover "repairs" that weren't needed. Also, I never recieved a copy of the report as promised. You need to lose these guys.

"I am sorry you were unhappy with your septic report. However, water ran back when doing a water test on the system. Water should never run back from the leaching system and that was put on the report. At any time you could have requested a copy of the report as it was sent to your realtor."

They gave me a back report with no evidence. To fix the report they charged an additional amount. They live out of statw and they are not helpful They are rude and got mad at the underwriter.

"She asked that I reword the report because it wouldn't work with underwriting. Asked that I didn't disclose the problem cause they would fix it later. The underwriter asked that the report be reworded five different times so I charged a nominal fee for the paperwork and the customer's check bounced."
