He was dishonest, he knew he did not have a ladder to change the lights in the kitchen ceiling but pretended he could and wanted to come back for another service charge do the work . I was disappointed in his dishonesty. He charged me 95.00 to change 6 batteries in fire alarm system and wanted 100.00 to come and put in light bulbs to which I said no and called Home Advisor.
