Reviews
Write a ReviewAngel led a wonderful moving team. I would hire again if needed.
They didn't answer my calls to confirm details of the appointment and didn't call me to confirm until the day before the move, which was a little nerve wracking. But other than that, these guys were great. The movers were fast and did great work.
David and Luis did a fantastic job! They were diligent and enthusiastic the whole time. They moved me from my home to my new home and we stopped at storage, too. They packed up my kitchen for me. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!
the guys were great! very efficient and took care of our items, couldn’t be happier with the service it definitely made the move less stressful for us knowing everything was in good hands
Very professional company, very well priced and the movers were so nice and caring with my belongings
NEVER USE Great Job Moving and Storage they are downright thieves and con artists. Our move started with moving out of our sold home on April 24th, 2023. Great Job Moving and Storage was to hold our items in the truck for 4 days until April 28th, 2023, when we were to move into our new home. We were assured by the salesperson that we would have 4 movers for the move and that they had a 3-hour minimum that would be based on the move from the sold house and our move into the new home. The move out of the sold house took 5 hours, which met the minimum requirement of 3 hours. On April 28th, the day we were to move into our new home, the moving company was supposed to arrive at 1:30PM. However, the truck arrived after 3:00PM with only ONE mover. The mover that did show up said the other 3 guys were running late on another job but would arrive as soon as they were done and said our time would not start until all 4 movers arrived. The remaining 3 moving personnel only arrived after 6:30PM. During 3:00 PM 6:30 PM, the single moving person along with my husband and myself, moved most of the items into our new house. The one mover did not ask for help, but we could not stand by and watch one person struggle moving a full truck of things on his own. The lead continually assured us that our start time would only start once all personnel were at the site. When the 3 remaining crew arrived after 6:30 myself, my husband, and the one mover had moved most of our belongings out of the truck, which left only 45 minutes worth of work for the remaining 3 personnel. After 45 minutes, the lead mover handed us an invoice that was billing us for 3 hours of work. We immediately called the leads manager from his phone and said that they erroneously charged us 3 hours and they should correct it to 45 mins. The manager said they must charge a 3-hour minimum and claimed they were two separate jobs. How are they two different jobs??? My belongings were on the SAME truck for 4 days, nothing was moved out of that truck hence they have not completed their ONE job. This is also after the salesperson we booked the job with told us it was ONE job. We hit our 3-hour minimum moving out of the sold house! The individual on the phone said he would speak to his manager and that someone would be in touch with us to correct it. No one called us back and no one answered our repetitive phone calls. Instead, Great Job Moving and Storage, without my authorization and approval, charged my credit card that night. Additionally, the first payment we made was for them to hold our belongings on their truck, we paid it with a check because they told us there would be a 4% processing fee if we used a credit card. We intended to pay the entire amount by check and avoid the processing fee after they assured us that they only needed the credit card number on file to reserve the dates. This company has no hesitation in committing fraud and stealing from their customers. They are THIEVES, plain and simple. Avoid them at all costs!! Even a month after our move, they still will not answer one phone call or call us back. Great Job Moving and Storage, charging a credit card without the owners authorization is fraudulent and a crime. You are crooks!
Lucky and his crew were quick, professional, and took really good care of my things. Would highly recommend!
These people work their butts off!!! I had one of the best teams that didnâ  t stop until all was done. Very professional, enjoyed having them move my two moves from our ginormous storages and our apt all to a new home The twins, Christian, and the Costa Rican (donâ  t remember his name) great team!
