The owner responded promptly to the emergency. He was local and at our home within the hour. Those items that could be handled got immediate attention so that we could feel safe in our home that night. The rest were handled the VERY next morning and payment was not expected until completion. The owner is very helpful, respectful, good-natured, and knowledgeable about his profession. We have found a new handyman!
