My new AC unit was professionally installed both inside and outside. I checked the level of the AC unit on the new pad nd it was spot on. I looked at the quality of the soldering job on the tubing, and it was very good. The overall look of the AC installation looked great. I looked at the basement installation of the evaporator coil and the quality of the piping and soldering, and it was good. The look of the new cabinet was also good. I listened to the noise generated by the fan and the air flow of the interior upstairs vents, and am satisfied with the installation.

Austin and Jake arrived for my annual spring AC checkup. All was good with the AC unit and it was performing as expected. They advised that blower motor on the furnace needed some cleaning, showed me pictures and took me down to observe the grime on the blades. They said it could cause undo work for the motor. I advised them to clean that also.
Everything else all good. Will see them in the Fall for the checkup.
