4.5 stars. They were able to get me scheduled fast. The tech that came out was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They were able to locate and show me the leak in my AC system and explain the next steps and their cost. Once I approved the leak repair they were able to get a replacement coil covered under warranty the same week. Very satisfied with the service. Knocked off half a star because I kept getting text messages from them asking me when they could come out and check out my AC even after I already had things scheduled with them.

My new AC unit was professionally installed both inside and outside. I checked the level of the AC unit on the new pad nd it was spot on. I looked at the quality of the soldering job on the tubing, and it was very good. The overall look of the AC installation looked great. I looked at the basement installation of the evaporator coil and the quality of the piping and soldering, and it was good. The look of the new cabinet was also good. I listened to the noise generated by the fan and the air flow of the interior upstairs vents, and am satisfied with the installation.

G&R is great. We are on their maintenance program for our furnace and A/C. Our regular tech Adam C. is fantastic, and because he's been to our house so many times knows our system super well. He's helped us over the years with needed minor repairs, but I personally appreciate the tips on how to improve the performance of our system and home comfort!
